Our Story
Home to locally grown and hand-picked flowers, Daydream Manor is a field to vase flower farm just north of the Greater Baton Rouge Area. It all started with a daydream that quickly became reality. After a successful cool season with blooms galore we knew we could offer locally grown fresh flowers at affordable prices. Hey y'all, welcome to Daydream Manor Flower Farm! I’m Dawn Saucier, the heart and soul behind the daydream. Ever since I can remember, I’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur. After moving on to 10 acres I started researching crops that I could grow and be successful. Those days of searching led me down a lot of rabbit holes from tomatoes to lavender to mushrooms to garlic and then I landed in the world of flower farming and then the daydreams started to become a reality.

Working a full-time off farm job, being over the age of fifty and growing flowers is sometimes a challenge. If you want to learn more about all the craziness check out my YouTube channel.

What makes Daydream Manor special is my personal touch to every part of the farm. I’m hands-on in every step, from planting the seeds to arranging the final bouquets. I pour my heart into every flower, ensuring that each one is perfect and ready to brighten your day.

​Being part of the Zachary community and sharing the joy of flowers with my neighbors is something I truly cherish. I often host workshops and events, where we can come together to learn about flower arranging, sustainable farming, and the beauty of nature. For me, it’s all about spreading happiness and making connections through flowers.
